For the past 8 years, Yana has led the creative direction at DRP, finding fresh and compelling ways to bring client visions to life. Her background spans health policy analysis for investors, public affairs and communications for patient advocacy groups, and long-term care case management. This diverse experience gives her a distinct perspective that enriches every project and adds depth to the stories DRP tells.

With more than 30 years of experience in videography, photography, and writing, Sean brings a versatile storytelling skill set to every project. From writing and storyboarding to interviewing, audio recording, still and video shooting, music composition, narration, editing, and graphic design—Sean does it all. His work spans international print and digital media, corporate clients, government agencies, advocacy groups, and NGOs.

Chief Security Officer
Shmulik takes his role as Chief Security Officer very seriously—patrolling the office, alerting the team to every delivery, and keeping a watchful eye on snack time. With a bark that's bigger than his bite, he’s the first to greet visitors and the last to leave his post. Whether he's guarding the gear or napping on duty, Shmulik keeps the team smiling and the office safe (mostly from squirrels).
